Healthy Beginnings Pediatrics

Just no. Brought both kids here 4 years & 3 months because we moved and this place was close. Not only are you sitting in the room for over 45 minutes waiting for a doctor in multiple occasions but I felt very dismissed everytime I would bring something up about my newborn, they would simply say no that’s not it, very frustrating. We’re now driving over an hour back to our old dr and couldn’t be happier.

I think the all staff needs training, the doctor isn’t professional and shouldn’t be working with kids, I was taking my kids there because is the only pediatrician closer to my house, but I won’t anymore, the staff is rude and super disorganized, they almost gave a vaccine to my baby that he didn’t need it because they mixed their files, I honestly prefer to drive an hour than dealing with this people.

So much wrong, don’t know where to start. My son is 2 months old and went here from birth until 2 months. Trevino was his doctor yet we saw her once out of the roughly 7 visits. My son has serious stomach issues that were never taken seriously. Not even remotely close was done to figure out what was wrong with him or how to help him. For his 2 month shots we wasted our time and gas to be welcomed by the oh so lovely extreme sarcasm receptionists that tell us they don’t even have the shots. Could’ve even call to inform us. I was also there a few weeks ago and overheard a father have the same problem, not the first time for him, of them not having shots for his daughter. I’ve never met more rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional receptionists with attitude problems. The place itself was run down for a doctors office as well. Also had to call about a month ago for test results and had to call 3 times just to get someone to answer the phone, then we’re told we’d get a call back never did, and finally got the results that they had had for some time when we called the 4th time.

This place is a joke. Looks filthy inside, some the staff were not even wearing masks and they were disorganized. I walked in and 5 minutes later decided to walk right out. Don't even bother wasting your time.

Please don’t bring your children here Worst place ever my appointment was at 4 at 4:30 we asked how much longer to see the doctor they were very Snotty with us finally at 4:45 they got us into the room and the dr Trevino yelled at us how Impatient we were they are very unorganized they never call you back when you call them and they staff over there changes everytime and they are so Impolite I been going there since 2014 and that was my last draw

Amazing staff! I wouldn't take my girls any where else Trevino has seen both my girls since birth and has always called me on off hours even for the smallest worries.
