Bad Service. Arrogant staff acting like wanna be gangsters. Cussing about customers vehicles parked in back. Not fully cooked chicken in poutine. Raw pink meat. Waited over 40min for it once it was paid for. Do not apply for work here. Really bad environment. Washrooms were complete pigsty. Toilet was jarred crooked. Tiles were falling apart. Other toilet seat was broken an falling off. Unclean and bad exposure for peope with asthma....

I look forward to getting a donair every Saturday, and Road Runner on Whyte is the best, if you haven't tried it, try it; they toast the pita!! Unfortunately, they were closed due to a private function. Decided to check this place out. Friendly staff, but the donair had almost no meat, one layer, sliced very thin... What is unfortunate is the lettuce, tomato and sauce tasted pretty good and I bet if the donair was packed with meat, it would have been a good one. But, based on other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Not going to return.

I have never had a bad experience here. I've been coming for over 2 years and love the food. The woman who has always served me is wonderful and always smiles when she recognizes me. This is one of my favourite places to eat in Edmonton.

I've been coming here for quite a while. Since the newest owners took over its been nothing but poor service. It doesn't matter if you come during the day or night the service remains consistently slow. Your waiting a min of a hour for food to be cooked waited on two separate occasions over a hour for 3 chicken strips and fries when we were only the 4th people in there. I have continually given them the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time I come here, thus place used to be packed all the time and now your lucky to see 5-6 tables full. Absolutely aggravated with this place, until things change I won't be back.

When I was ordering, the staff didn't know the prices on hand, and took me about 5 minutes to order because they weren't understanding what I was saying. I waiting about 20 minutes for my food. The poutine I ordered came cold, and the donair used yogurt as their sauce, extremely disappointing. The food was extremely over priced for such poor quality. The shisha came to us unready, and we had to start it up on our own, the coal was not even lit. I definitely do not reccomend.

Food is not good tasting at all. Do not come here and expect to receive a good meal. No effort on improving their meals and all their food taste like if it was warmed up and put on a plate. Late night as well you will get an occasional drunk group that will walk in on the weekends.

I dont know what happened, maybe a management change, but compared to last summer, Kebab express had gone down hill. We ordered a mediteranian salad and the order taker didn't know the difference between Tabouli and Fattoush. I kinda find it ironic, we are in a middle eastern restaurant and they don't have a clue what those are. It took 25 minutes to get our donairs, and there was only 2 people infront of us and we got our food before them. The donairs were a solid 5/10. I asked the shisha attendant for 3 coils as we were out, he came back with 3 hoses... there is only 1 outlet on this stand sorry I don't know the technical names. I'm honestly not coming back to this restaurant ever again. Well met.

Not only did I have a bad experience with them over charging me and BURNING my donair meat but one of my friends went here after a night out and they charged her TWICE. She paid cash, they didn't give her a reciept and then after waiting half an hour for her food she went up to the counter and the girl denied ever placing the order. They made her pay AGAIN for her food and when she finally got it the meat was dry and the donair was so thin. Hardly any meat or sauce. Save yourself the money and the hassle Don't eat here.

Great location. The quality and quantity of the foodi.e. kebabs is way lower than the price. Washroom needed maintainence, but there was no sign. Staff needs to work on their people skills. Good place for shisha though.

If I could rate 0 I would... terribly slow service. Waited close to twenty minutes just for fries and gravy and a poutine. Another table ordered meals for four and got their meals quicker and they ordered after us... 15 something for a little poutine and a order of fries is ridiculous. This place is the worst DO NOT BOTHER wasting time and money going here just go to mikes famous this place sucks
