My experience with this location has been less than preferable to say the least.... Yes the staff was friendly, but apparently incompetent and or extremely unorganized! I took my wedding rings in to be fixed, and felt like i was treated like a criminal before they even explained how and when they would fix them. On Monday it will be 1 month and so far i have been given 3 different return dates and i still do not have my rings or ETA. Everytime i call i am given a different story/"reason" as to why they have not been returned and a different pickup date. I would also like to mention that they have never once reached out to give me an update or estimated time of arrival. I have had to reach out to them everytime. I am very unsatisfied with the service, and feel like a business of this size should be more on top of things, and in tune with keeping their customers satisfied. I

I absolutely love my custom ring. I wanted to reset the stones from a ring my husband gave me while we were still dating. The friendly saleswoman helped me create a unique ring that perfectly suits my personality. I get so many compliments.

I went to a special event at the store and found a ton of items I've never seen before. I came in with an idea for a pendant I wanted, and the staff took their time and helped me flesh out my idea on paper. My wife loves the pendant, and still gets complemented on it. I'll definitely go back for any custom work in the future!

I bought a watch from this location over vacation. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I would definitely buy from there again. On a separate, yet related note... To people who leave hate in their reviews, Stop it.

This would be one of the worst experiences I have had with a jewelry store. It took over a month to get a ring back that was being sized, after the ring came back to the store some diamonds were loose, after coming back from having the diamonds reset the ring is not the size they measured for and is still too big.
