Very friendly service. We had some unfamiliar charges show on our joint charge account for travel expenses unrelated to our travel. Our agent, Rick, phoned us on his day off after I called & explained the situation to Susan, the other agent in the office. Our funds were refunded within two months. Most of our trip was super. All glitches were nothing to do with Kawartha Lakes TravelPlus nor anything they could do anything about. Everything we asked for was arranged and each location was expecting us. Asked if I would refer friends or family (and I was not asked), YES I would recommend K.L.TP. & would use their services again.

They were happt to take my money, but when issues arose from the airline, and other things, this man did the BARE MINIMUM to help. He didnt address half our issues and his attitude was "Oh Well". I went to this place to book, so that had there been problems, I would have had help. But I got Bupkiss. I would NOT recommend this place or Rick Gorrill if you are taking a vacation and need help should something go wrong.

Have dealt with with travel agency for over 10 years and my entire family and I have always been treated with respect, curtesy and utmost professionalism. The staff have always done their very best to find the best deal for our family. As long as they are in business I will not go to another travel agency.
