Not only was my experience booking a trip very pleasant in the Cardinal Tours location in Lindsay, the Northern Lights trip booked to Whitehorse sure was totally amazing! The variety of activities included, the delicious meals, and the caring shown by Eric, our Tour Guide, were all top notch! Delighted with the whole experience!
This tour was largely a total disaster, with the tour operator playing his announcements and choice of music on such high levels, that I had to hide in the bus washroom to diminish the sound levels. Asking him to adjust the sound levels did not get any results. Never again with Cardinal !

Worst vacation ever!
Eric, the tour manager, went above and beyond in arranging to pick up my son along the route so he would not have to come all the way in from Ottawa to Peterborough. He also located a carpool where my son was able to leave his car. Every detail was looked after well. My son and husband had a grand time, in spite of Toronto losing! It was a great ending to a 7 day birthday celebration.
