Great flavors and massive portions!nStopped by the Lindsay location and had a good experience. If you are looking for rich, ultra-creamy traditional ice cream, this is the spot.nWe tried a few different flavors:nCoconut & Butterscotch:Incredibly rich and smooth.nMaple Walnut:Perfect balance of sweetness with a generous amount of walnuts.nBlack Raspberry Thunder:A fantastic mix of tart berry fruit and sweet chocolate chunks.nFull marks for their cup sizes—the portions here are absolutely massive, so you definitely get your money's worth. Definitely worth the wait for a solid summer treat, though!

C’mon, who doesn’t like an ice cream cone!nAnd Kawartha makes pretty darn good ice cream.nWe were cruising down Highway 35 out of Algonquin Park and Lo and Behold, a beautiful Kawartha Dairy outlet.nIn we went for a cone.nThe sales board said the “large” is actually “huge”, so of course that is what I had to have.nAnd gosh if it wasn’t huge.nSome German tourists outside on the picnic tables asked ‘won’t all that ice cream make you ill’, to which I replied ‘if it does it’s worth it’, and of course it didn’t.nNice throw back shop with lots of parking.nThanks Kawartha!

I’ve visited this ice cream shop several times and have tried many of their flavors. While I’ve had some really enjoyable experiences, I’ve noticed that the quality and portion sizes can be quite inconsistent.nnOn some visits, the scoops are generous and the ice cream tastes fresh and delicious. On other occasions, the scoops are noticeably smaller, even when ordering the same size. The amount of ice cream seems to vary from visit to visit, which can be a little confusing as a customer.nnI’ve also found that the taste is not always consistent. Sometimes the ice cream is rich and flavorful, but other times it has an unusual taste that reminds me of chemicals or artificial ingredients.nnAdditionally, I purchased a packet of milk from the dairy section and unfortunately discovered that it was expired. This was disappointing

How do you give anything less than 5 stars? Drive through or walk up. Flavours galore to choose from and servings are extremely generous. Moose Tracks is always a winner.

Lots of Kawartha flavors. Cups, cones, or full tubs available. Friendly staff. Drive thru or walk up. Can call ahead tub orders. A must try. Delicious icecream
