I took the wonderful suggestion from other Google reviews and made an appointment to get a haircut from Bernadeta at Pure Hair Salon in Prague. I have gotten my haircut in Beverly Hills and I can easily say Bernadeta can hold her own with them. She speaks perfect English and did exactly what I wanted. She did a terrific hair cut. I am thrilled to share my experience.

Bernadetta was amazing in taking me from red to platinum blond. She is super skilled and friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Bernadetta's English was great, and for any tourists afraid to get a cut or colour - don't be!

Had a haircut today, and not satisfied at all. But I suspect it's all about the master. I believe the name of the guy is Michal. He doesn't speak English so, I do not recommend expats to choose the place, was super nervous he itches all the time, and my haircut is just weird. So, if you need something more complicated than "cutting the ends", I do not recommend that guy. Mb I will try the place again, but definitely different hairdresser!
