We took our two and a half year old daughter here for her first real haircut before an upcoming event. The staff were warm, inviting, and patient. I can only imagine how hard a test of patience cutting the hair on a fidgety toddler can be. But the whole place was clean and colourful. With each station getting cleaned, sterilized, and covered between each customer. The results were great and we and are daughter are happy with her hair.Service: Hairstyling

We brought our nearly 3 year old boy for his first cut. We wanted his long curly hair to simply be shaped and layered. We were worried too much might get cut but had no need to be. Regina was his stylist and she was amazing right from the get go. Our son enjoyed the process and smiled while she worked on his hair. She spoke to him calmly and gently and engagingly. He loved sitting in a red Jeep and watching a show on tv while she worked. She trimmed a little the asked for feedback. It came out perfect! We got a hair clipping and certificate of “First Cut” as well. He loved Regina as did we. We will be back and are incredibly pleased.Service: Hairstyling

We brought my daughter and son here last night. Is Jennifer the owner? If so, probably not the best line of business to get into. She looks miserable, acts miserable, isn’t friendly with parents or children. My son gave her a book back and she didn’t even look at him she just took it no “thank you” or anything. She is not good with kids at all. On the other hand- Regina is amazing!!!!! She is SO nice and personable and really showed that she cared for my daughters first haircut. Would I go back? Not sure I want to go see Jennifer be unfriendly again…customer service should be number one and ensuring that these kids/babies/toddlers have a wonderful experience and that starts with the people that work there

Wow! so disappointed about our experience! Jennifer ruined our first time haircut experience of our child! she really needs to learn the basic of customer service! saying Hi, smiling and welcoming your customers is the first things you need to learn instead of showing attitude because they were late for only and only 3 minutes!! she barely talked to us and even looked at us! she was careless about the baby sitting on the chair as he was falling down from it and she was not even caring! We asked her if she can use the set of haircut we brought for our child for hygienic reason, and she snapped at us that she is comfortable with her own tools!! even if you want to reject your customer's request, you can do it in a polite way not snapping at them! If I want to be fair, she was very fast and finished the job before our child gets bored and starts crying!Service: Hairstyling

Brought my 12 month son here and loved it! Booking online was a breeze and Pav was wonderful. She was friendly and quick and respected my little guy's dislike for the Clippers. I noticed she sanitized the chairs after we left which I appreciated. Will definitely be back to see Pav!

My daughter is a nightmare when we cut her hair as she will hardly sit still and will get very nervous. The hairdresser there was so kind and finished the job in record time. The text reminders of the appointment were also extremely helpful!

I was there for my son’s first hair cut at age of one! Regina did a great job although my son wasn’t too much cooperative Thanks to her Update Jan23 I was there for the second time and I had to write a new review! Regina is the BEST, my son was crying and moving the whole time due to a bad experience at the doctor office! But Regina was patient and kind and I don’t know how she did an amazing cut in no time! I recommend her to anyone!

Staff are friendly and organized. Everytime they have been great at making our toddler feel comfortable and excited about her hair cut.

We've been here a couple times and it's always a treat. Jennifer, who gave our daughter her very first haircut tonight, and Janice, who cut our 4-year-old's hair at the same time were both lovely, patient and attentive. We would come every time if we didn't have someone to do regular trims at home, but the kids love the ball pit and sitting in the fun chairs, and for the level of quality you get from people who know how to manage squirmy kids with a smile it's worth the $
