Kati Conklin - COUNTRY Financial representative

I’ve never ever had a worst experience than this company at this location with Kate. I would definitely go so far as to call her and her company crooks. I gave her several chances to make it better but she could not care less. I e also spoken to management with no resolution. After taking my $500 I receive letters that insurance isn’t valid and no refunds in sight. She wasted tons of my time and caused me extreme aggravation. I can’t begin to express my regret with her (lack of) service. She is clueless about insurance and really does not care as much as she might act like she does. If you want to know more google reviews on this company you will find hundreds experienced what I did. Glad I’m out of this policy but I’ll never get back that money or time. She didn’t care as long as she met her quotas !!! Big thumbs down.
