Kate is fantastic! We've used her twice now to sell our house and it's been a pleasure each time! Her team is amazing and makes the whole process seamless. It's hard to put in to words the kind of appreciation that my fiancé and I have for Agent Ally and the team. Buying your first home can be intimidating and stressful but with the help of Ally, we loved every minute of it! Her ability to listen to our wants and needs and then send us perfect homes as options was beyond impressive, she truly got us. She worked within our weird work schedules for showings and made the whole process effortless. Is that even possible when buying a home?!? I didn't think so! But Ally proved it was possible. Once we had picked a home from the options to see, The Team would quickly send us detailed info through email so we always knew everything about that home before we got to a showing. Any questions we had were answered promptly and there was nothing they weren't willing to help us with (from suggesting excellent home inspectors, etc). We can say without a doubt that in the future when we buy another home, we will be calling Agent Ally to sell our home and find us our next one. There is no one else we would want by our side!! Kate Broddick and her team helped us find our first home. Communication with her was great (even when the realtor on the other end wasn't stellar). Kate was very charismatic and informative; she did her job very well and left us with a very pleasant experience. We cannot recommend her enough!
