George made our dreams come true! We attempted to sell our previous home multiple times through 3 different agents with no luck. There were always ambiguous reasons provided as to why, it was not the right market, the right buyer was not seeing our home or we needed to drastically reduce our asking price despite current comparables justifying the price. We contacted George, explained our history and he went right to work. He was professional, compassionate, and supportive as we again went through showings and open houses with young children. His tenacity, timely follow up and excellent negotiation led to our house selling within weeks of our listing for 99.5% of asking price. During this time he also found the perfect home with everything that we were looking for within the budget we presented. We are forever grateful and thankful to George. George Lou was amazing in helping me find my first home in 2011. He was attentive and empathetic to my wants and needs, was an awesome negotiator, and the entire process to close was incredibly seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
