I subcontract work to the guys at Karmic Maintenance and have been very happy with the quality of their work!

Definite Two-Thumbs Up for Karmic Maintenance  As homeowners, Karmic Maintenance has proven to be a gem of a resource.  They are, by far, the best home maintenance company we have encountered in our 26 years as homeowners.  I had tried in vain for the past year to locate someone who would remove the leaves from our second story roof, a job we previously did ourselves. Many I contacted failed to return calls, some refused to do the job, siting too steep a pitch!  Aurel and his team at Karmic Maintenance were a breath of fresh air.  He responded to me promptly and offered to come the next morning a Saturday to provide a quote.  Exactly at the agreed-upon time, he arrived.  I had decided I also wanted the gutters and upper windows cleaned, which was no problem for him.  His quote was excellent, being just slightly less than others I received.  The workmanship of his team was absolutely first-rate.  They arrived when they said they would and when they had worked till dark and weren’t finished they asked if they could come back and once again, right on schedule they arrived to finish the job.  They blew off the leaves, scrubbed away two years of moss, bleached the roof to deter future moss growth and bagged and removed countless bags of leaves.  The upper windows are beautifully clean now and the gutters empty! The guys were not only courteous and pleasant, they were enthused about their work and took pride in what they did.  I will be definitely be asking them back for other seasonal jobs.  These guys are the best and I highly, highly recommend them.

Excellent, timely service with a smile. No job is too small or difficult for Karmic! They have helped with varied tasks at my home - nest removal which posed a fire hazard to home to snow removal from driveway during recent inclement weather. Their team came out late in the night to do this. Truly available - 24/7

We have used the services from Karmic Maintenance for a few years now specifically for gutter cleaning. The service has always been excellent and the job done very well. This year we had the house exterior, windows and soffits washed and we are again pleased with the results. The fellows that came worked hard, did a great job and were very kind. I would recommend Karmic Maintenance any time.

Aurel and his crew did a fantastic job at our home.  Their quote was very reasonable, they were polite, professional and our house looks fantastic!

I've worked with Aurel on MANY homes as his sales manager throughout the lower mainland and have had very mixed reviews over that time. I've done work for his former clients where he has never returned to fix damages that were made 2 years ago. He also has high turnover with his cleaning staff.  Very mixed reviews

Have done power washing of my father's house a couple of times, extremely professional and focussed on customer satisfaction.
