Shared a terrible experience with their cleaners AND their customer service team. We voiced our concerns in a very kind manner and they came back with a very unprofessional email blaming us for damages and areas they were unable to clean. Expect to do additional hours of cleaning yourself if you decide to use EcoGREEN. Fair warning, the cleaners that they sent to our apartment were college students who had no directive and did the bare minimum; needed to be told what to clean. They were also unwilling to clean around areas where there are furniture or items. The worst part is wasting time trying to have a conversation with their customer service team. They misinterpret everything we told their cleaning crew to do and put the blame on us. If you have other options, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your cleaning needs elsewhere. EcoGreen was great. I used their services for my move out and the cleaners did an amazing job. They were detailed, did not need much instructions and knew exactly what to do. They were attentive to things I told them about. The customer service team was also very helpful, prompt and very accommodating. They are an awesome cleaning company.

I was totally scammed by this company - they did almost no work, and billed me two hours. Look what they left behind. The cost was 180, and they offered to only charge me 140. I had to do three quarters of the work myself after they left. Read the other comments, this is not an isolated incident and this happens all the time.

EcoGreen, has been providing services to our business for the last 3 years. Their service has been great. They have been responsive and flexible with our needs. Communication with the company is very good. I can recommend.

Do not use EcoGreen for your move out cleaning because they are highly unprofessional and have the rudest customer service: The cleaners sent were not professional. While there were 3 cleaners, they were very slow and two of them were students and not familiar with cleaning for instance, I had to tell them that the bathroom wall still had dirty spots after they said they are done cleaning. I was advised that for a move out of my apartment size, 2 cleaners for 2 hours should be able to complete the job. After 2 hours and 3 cleaners, they only cleaned the bedroom, bathroom, and fridge. Third, the cleaners BROKE the curtain blinds and never once did EcoGreen apologize or compensate.

The eco green team was amazing: lovely, polite, considerate and so hardworking!!! We have three cats and the team worked so hard to clean, remove the dust and cat hair from everything!!!!

I had a great experience with EcoGreen! When my roommate moved out they didn't clean anything, their room smelled, and I had too much going on to deal with it at the time. I was able to book an appointment the next day which was such a relief. The folks who came in did an amazing job, cleaning spots that I wouldn't have even thought to ask! Everything was cleaned perfectly and my place smelled great. I couldn't be happier, I'll use the service again for sure!

Do not use this company! I booked a 4 hour cleaning. I left for 3 hours, but came home an hour early to find the cleaners had already left. The company still billed me for the full 4 hours. I am not sure how many times I had previously been overbilled since I would leave them alone for the full 4 hours.. They also broke a set of decorative wooden bowls by putting it in the dishwasher. When I reached out to the company directly, they did not provide any sort of resolution for the broken bowls or refund for the hour that was over billed.

We had a completely positive experience with EcoGreen - using them to clean our home to show for buyers. We booked their services on relatively short notice. The team showed up on time, and they promptly got down to business. Most importantly, the four person group did a thorough and extremely quality job. The individuals were friendly and open to any questions and comments I threw at them. They displayed professionalism, and integrity. I/we absolutely would choose EcoGreen again for having a home cleaned.
