Ronnie, manager of the Edson Kal Tire, exceeded any and all customer service expectations! On a recent trip thru Edson, I unfortunately had a flat tire, and ended up buying 4 new tires. After a day in Jasper, I realized one of the new tires was flat. I had the tire re-filled with air and determined it had a very slow leak. I called Ronnie and he assured me that he would wait at the shop until I made it back to Edson which was going to be around 9:00 pm or later! I made it to the shop, and Ronnie had the tire repaired for me while we waited. This service went above and beyond! What tire shop manager spends an entire evening waiting for a customer to bring in a tire to be fixed hours after the shop is closed? That's an amazing manager!! If Edson wasn't 2 hours away, we would make sure we dealt with this Kal Tire location all the time. Thank you Ronnie.

This is one of our best assets in Edson. I’ve been a Kal Tire customer for over 20 years, and these guys are in the top of the field. My hat goes off to these guys and the workmanship they do.

They were vary helpfully and kind and they were fast to give me an approval. The customer service representative didn't try to sell me tires I didn't won't i told him what I needed and wonted and only showed me tires that had relevance!

Great Staff and fast and professional service. I absolutely bring all my tire concerns to this team in Edson. Keep up the great work guys!!
