Canadian Tire

We went to the edson canadian tire store today for our appointment to have 2 winter tires and rims installed on our vehicle. The problems started with the lady clerk in the auto parts/tires insulting me asking why I had ordered 2 tires instead of 4..hadn't I realized there were 4 tires on a vehicle. I assured her I did but my husband felt that my two wheel front drive only required the two front. When my husband approached the desk he was ignored by the lady clerk, then the gentleman clerk said 'ya what do you want '. My husband explained that he was here for Heather Lacombes appointment. We have no quarrel with the servicelabor but to be treated with disrespect is not to be tolerated. I know it won't make an iota bit of difference to your overall business but we will never I repeat never shop at Canadian Tire again. Thanks for nothing

Very helpful staff, very friendly, and a very good store. On our way from Edmonton to Vancouver, we went to this Canadian Tire to get the tire pressure checked, and while the tire section was closed, they accomodated our request. Thank you Rob to make our trip safer and the rest of the team at the Canadian Tire for being so helpful.

The new Service Manager is excellent! He was kind and made sure I fully understood what the issue was with my tires. He also didn't make me jump through any hoops to fix my tires on warranty. There wasn't any pressure to upsell me on other things that I may or may not have needed either. It was very straight forward and quick. Would definitely recommend!

First I wanna say about store it’s very organized.nLast week I was in Edson, going to Edmonton , I stopped at this store for purchasing some stuff for my car so that time i face difficulty to find it but there’s is a one girl who’s working over there her name is *Sucheta*, she helped me a lot to find the product in a seconds not in minutes this thing I likes a lot. Moreover cashing staff is also very polite. I would appreciate the manager of this store who is hiring this much capable individuals who have a great experience in customer service.

Rob, the manager of the Auto Shop at Canadian Tire was really great. Very knowledgeable and happy to help. I was lucky my friend referred him to me when I needed my out of province inspection done.nHe gives a fair price, gave me a heads up on what he'd be looking for, and explained any repairs needed really well. Highly recommend him and will be back for any future needs!
