we were travelling from Vancouver . Today is friday Aug 1 2020 before long weekend . We needed emergency tires for our RV . i am regular customer of Kal Tire . i called the Drayton Valley store and the lady named "Lyndsey" said she is fully booked she cannot help .also i ask her if she had tires of my RV and she said no . then i called the other nearest kal Tire store which is in Edson AB. the person who answered the call his name was Trevor and he was very helpful .he said he is also fully booked but he will help us since we are in trouble . He said he did not have tires at his shop but store at Drayton AB .has few of them . we were standing there at Kal tire with Lady name LYNDSEY. Who was not helpful at all. she had no desire to help us even we were in emergency . they suppose to close 5 PM and we were there 1 Pm . then i again request her that pls help us and it will take you guys not more than 15 mins . She was Super rude .There was another worker named "Dustin" .He was very helpful and he wanted to help us and she again told him that they are fully booked and wont able to help . from other kal tire Edson AB employee named "Trevor" said if she wont help then buy tires from her and bring to me and i will help regardless. i had no choice to drive 140 kms unsafe from Drayton valley AB to Edson AB. after 70 kms from her my both tires of RV blew up on hwy 16 and now we are stuck on Hwy . it is all because of 1 worst employee of Kal Tire who doesn't want to help i am also business Man and i have many employee myself . Long Story short....Kal Tire This Lady named "Lyndsey" should not be working at Kal Tires as she is representing the Company and pls promote "Dustin" from Drayton Valley store and Trevor from Edson Store . best regards Aman
Really very bad service, Lindsey worker was rude, she didn’t helped us changing tyre and stopped other employee from changing tyre too. Even other employee dustin wanted to help us, she didn’t allowed him and said time is over. Our motorhome tyre burst on highway in nowhere, and we are struck for 4-5 hours. Kal Tire give right positions to your employee if you want to run business
Had a flat on a rental trailer. Showed up and they matched the tire and had me on the way in an hour. Great service. Very friendly.
Had a blown tire on trailer, called ahead to make sure they had that tire and showed up 30min later. It was the fastest service i have ever had, they put that new tire on right away and also checked the other tire on the trailer.
Great service. They fixed a tire for us but we couldn't pick it up for 2 weeks. Came in to get it and they initially couldn't find it. They never gave up, found it after long search of the store. Great dedication if the staff.
Great customer service! Booked us in day end on Thursday, had my car set up with four new winter tires by 11am Friday. Had tires in stock even. Will be returning for my summer tire purchase in the coming months. Very happy with product, price and service. Job well done guys!
Good service. Rush ordered a set of studded tires for me Albeit, with a freight charge. Showed up an hour early for my appointment and they had me out the door just as I was supposed to arrive. 10/10
Regularly provides excellent service and the best winter tires i have run so far. Hopefully these summers also work out awesome. They look good.
Excellent shop. Had some bad luck on the way to a camping trip and needed to get towed into Drayton Valley to repair/replace some wheel studs. We were coming in pretty near to closing time and I was fully expecting to be told it would be handled the next morning but the guys took the vehicle in and turned us around and had us back on the road right away. Really helped save the trip.
Had an excellent experience with the team in drayton valley. 1st set of tires had manufacturing defect. Dave had a new set in a couple of days and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I will use them again!
