I can't say enough about the excellent customer service in Hay River. At the end of a wildfire evacuation and before they had a chance to reopen, I had a slow leak in one of my tires just before I was about to make a long distance trip. I was able to reach the assistant manager through Messenger. He responded within minutes and was able to get my tire patched the next day. I was so grateful to be able to leave for my trip on time and with peace of mind that my tire was fixed. Not only that but they didn't even charge me when I went back to pay. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them going above and beyound like that at a stressful and difficult time for their team as well as our entire town. 5 stars isn't enough
