Aurora Ford Hay River

On Wednesday 9-17 we took our 2013 Ford Explorer into Aurora Ford for a diagnosis. Devan the Service Mgr was friendly and immediately rode along to hear the noise 1st hand, then he and a technician rode together to hear the noise. It was determined that the PTU/transfer case was bad. On Thursday 9-18 Safa the service writer got us an estimate that we approved , the part was ordered and installation was started on Friday and finished on Saturday.nDevan and Safa did a good will check at our request for what we thought could have been a related issue. No problem was found!nI highly recommend Aurora Ford in Hay river and would use them again with out hesitationif ever in that part of the NWT again!nThank you all again for your help!!nKen Shields

Honestly pretty disappointed in the service I received, my car was delivered via tow truck and then picked up by my friend since I live in the next town over. My car came back with all my settings changed, some I have been unable to get to work properly since having it returned, it came back with a Matt from the centre console missing and the others were thrown around the car, I don’t understand why they were moved in the first place my car was in there for a starter, while it was in I asked for a quote on my car as I’m looking to upgrade, I was told they couldn’t even give me a quote without ordering my car, so I placed an order to find out and was told they would let me know pricing multiple times by the end of the day and never heard a thing. Everyone was very polite to speak with. But my car should be returned with all the pieces it left my house with.

I highly recommend this dealership. Friendly efficient service every time!

Parts department are a dedicated staff when you need a part. There can be a wait if you're not first in line. Though they treat every customer with their utmost attention to make sure they have the right part for their vehicle. Order in time you get next day delivery for a part that isn't in stock

Clean, uncluttered and free coffee on site. Great receptionist when I visited. They are a Ford car/SUV/truck dealer and Honda ATV and motorcyle sales catalogue order style is an option as well. Not many cars on their lot but apparently they do have some in stock vehicles in there storage tent. The New Escape looked awesome, $43K fully equipped seemed about usual market price. Was just looking for this visit.
