Best Customer service ever. The gentleman at the reception today morning was amazing. He accommodated my urgency and was patient with me. Thank you so much. I am sure to bring my business here than anywhere else

Ready to pay for my repair. I had a leaky tire I left off dealing with it for far too long being very busy at work, homelife etc. In other words, I was overly worn out from ensuring I always pumped up that tire. A real pain in the butt. Anyways, Kal-Tire folks let me drop off my truck without an appointment, and repaired a hole in the tire. So like I say, I was there, wallet/debit card out, and then SURPRISE! No charge! The nice young lady at the counter says, all good! That was really nice. You don't get that too much these days. Needless to say, I will be purchasing my next tire set at Kal-Tire.

Stopped in first thing in the morning to get my flat repaired as the night before as I was passing through my tire decided to stop holding air altogether. They fixed me up quickly and sent me on my way without charging me. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, highly recommend!

These guys are lifesavers. While I was out in the woods, the 'unthinkable' happened and one of my truck's tires got a puncture. The worst part was that I had a long trip back home ahead of me and I really needed to have this tire fixed the spare tire wasn't an option for such a long trip, given its different size. I arrived about half an hour before closing time at this KalTire location, but even with such short notice, everyone here was very helpful and prompt. One of the technicians took the truck in and fixed the wounded tire in a very professional manner.nA very nice touch to the experience included the front desk lady, who was very polite and courteous. She offered me coffee while I was waiting and overall the place looked very nice and well-run even the washroom was sparkling clean-looking, nothing like a 'standard' dirty mechanical shop.nIf you are ever in need of mechanical services, when in the area, you should put this shop at the top of your list

If i could go to 6 stars i would. I have been to this location twice now, once for a bead leak and one for a nail in my tire. I am not from town as i live hours away. BOTH TIMES they were able to squeeze my car in to get it looked after and not only that but it was the best service of any shop i’ve been to. very professional. very helpful. and they are actually concerned about the customers happiness which i found was super impactful. Anyways i would drive from my home town to this shop 10/10 times. AMAZING SERVICE
