Most places are pay before you pump. This place is pump before you pay. If you pay for more than you pump, I was told a refund would not be issued for the difference.

Hubby went to buy cigarettes last week, asked for McDonald's red, he was asked for a treaty card, he said he didn't have one, was told they couldn't sell him that brand, could buy rothmans. Never heard of this, has anyone else run into this?
