Went in to purchase new boots for my daughter and casually mentioned while paying that my boots I had bought almost a year ago weren't living up to my expectations. I'll add that I bought my boots from a completely different location. Staff immediately asked to see the problem, called the owner at home as a manager I know how annoying that can be sometimes, sorry! and within 10 minutes I walked out with a brand new pair of boots on. AMAZING customer service, the owner should be proud Thanks again from a very happy customer- I'll definitely be back!
I was abit disappointed that everything I liked they didn't have my size.LoL maybe that means I'm normal size ,and I have good taste in shoes .Staff were friendly and approachable.
