Was visiting the area from Vancouver and decided to try this place. Glad we did! The owners, who are a couple, were busy bees with a lot of locals in there. He greeted, served, cleaned tables, and she cooked all of the meals. I ordered the pesto flatbread and a cool drink with lime and pineapple juice with coconut water, my partner got the butter chicken poutine, and the regulars sure loved their very yummy looking fish and chips.nnFood were good portions and filled us well. Pricing was fair and easy on the eyes.nnDefinitely stopping in here again on our next end of summer trip.nnWorth stopping in here to eat!nnIt's also a local business, who work tirelessly from what I saw. So please, support them by eating here and tipping well.
Mount 9 Eatery took over from the K burger place and still is by far one of the best fast food places in Keremeos. Fish n chips are awesome. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch also. Friendly service also and we'll definitely be back.
Haven’t been here in a while and we came with reservations but left with big smiles on our faces, this for the price was a great stop all we really wanted was a snack so we grabbed the 2 piece fish dinner, it was awesome. We have been here a few times when it was k restaurant and it was good but not this good. Fresh fish, crispy fries, crunchy coleslaw and tangy tartar sauce. I will be back!!!!
Solid, honest and reasonably priced place to grab a bite to eat whilst travelling on the Crowsnest Highway.nnI ordered a bacon cheeseburger minus tomatoes and pickles and there are no complaints from me. The burger was cooked really well and the bun was above average. The fries were excellent and properly crispy, not soggy at all. The portions were generous too generous really as I could not finish all my fries. You certainly get value for your money here.nnThe service was friendly and attentive and my meal arrived about 10 minutes or so after ordering it. K Mountain seems to be a popular spot as there were plenty of diners. I'll certainly eat here again if I need lunch in Keremeos.
This is a typical small town diner. The food was average. The service was friendly. The portions were large.nnMy wife ordered the hot Nashville pputine and the server warned her twice that it was very hot... it was a slightly spicy sweet bbq sauce, it was not Nashville hot sauce.
