Had the pleasure of working with Colt! With the market as crazy as it has been, he did an excellent job getting us in to as many places as we could see! He helped write multiple offers some of which ended up getting outbid substantially and had all the bases covered for home inspectors, lawyers, and anything you could need to complete the process from start to finish! He even helped me move my fish tank :D  100% will use them again in the future if/when we sell our current purchase and change locations! I would happily recommend them to anyone I know!

The experience that my wife and I had with Mark as our realtor was out standing. His professionalism mixed in with his easy vibes made the whole experience relaxing. We had the pleasure working with Holly Dunbar. Being from Toronto, we had no knowledge of the market in Calgary nor did we have a realtor. We met a few realtors while out there and none of them  gave us that wow factor, until we met Holly. We loved her energy and her honesty when it came to looking for an investment property. We consider ourselves picky and we appreciated Holly’s patients.  The market has been crazy but we finally landed not only a dream vacation home for when we want to go snowboarding, but also a great investment opportunity. Joshua and Keane were a stellar selling team,  they came up with a wining strategy for the sale of my townhome in the NW. Their experience, advice, process, and supporting team were on point, as shown by the results. The property sold only 3 days after listing it and way above asking price. 28 showings and 2 open houses with multiple visitors.  We received 5 offers. All of it, right in the middle of a snow storm and, yes, with interest rates going up!

We had a fantastic experience buying our first home with Jess from Justin Havre & Associates. From Day 1, she was attentive to what we were looking for in a home and went the extra mile finding houses we'd like. We had to take a break in the house hunting due to travel, and Jess was very understanding, and did not push us in any way to close soon. It also helped that they were able to refer us to home inspectors, lawyers and such to make the whole process smoother also, these were only referrals and not pushy at all - and I greatly appreciated having the choice. We pretty much instantly connected with Jess, and even after the handover, she's kept in touch helping us get settled. I would definitely recommend Jess to anyone looking for a home in Calgary!

We are thrilled to have worked with Justin Havre and Associates for our first home, particularly with the realtor Jolene Boyer. Jolene was professional and made the entire process extremely fun. It would have been a much more daunting experience without her.
