Just Flowers

Just flowers has a great selection of flowers and gifts and a good delivery time with follow up on my order. I sent my flower order to a friend in the Hospital, the delivery person went to to Hospital to make my delivery and my friend had been discharged the day before. The Just Flowers representatives notified me of the situation by email and explained that they would make the delivery to my friends house as soon as they could. The distance from the Hospital to my friends home is about 50 miles, I was expecting to have to pay for the extra delivery effort but, Just Flowers went out of their way to make sure my friend received my flower order as soon as they could as they stated and did not expect me to pay extra for the delivery,. My friend told me that the flower arrangement that she received were absolutely beautiful. I really recommend Just Flowers to everyone that needs a really reliable flower delivery with a good selection of gifts and flowers to use Just Flowers for their needs.

I had never used Just Flowers before but the reviews were amazing so I thought I would give them I try. I sent my girlfriend a bouquet for her birthday. She was over joyed at how beautiful they were. Gorgeous arrangement and fresh.

My aunt was thrilled with the beautiful, freshly arranged bouquet of flowers that we sent for her birthday last Friday - she loved the colors and the arrangement, and even sent me pictures. I was very impressed by the driver calling me when he couldn't get into the gated community to ensure access/delivery and my aunt's happiness at receiving this beautiful bouquet. Highly recommend!

I ordered flowers for my Mom’s birthday. A local florist/garden shop did the arrangement. It was beautiful and she loved it. She lives in a small town and the woman working at the shop knew my Mom. She made sure she was home before delivering so the didn’t sit outside and freeze. I greatly appreciate that. I’m so happy with the ordering process, the service and the arrangement. I was very happy with everything. They delivered a day early due to a shop closure on a Sunday which worked out great. She received them during dinner with company. I ordered chocolates with the order. That was an extremely big hit with the person receiving the flowers. Thank you, I will use you again. This is our 3rd order with you and not the last one. Mary

Worst customer service ever! I placed an order $120 order that said would be delivered Saturday before Mother’s Day. I received a text that it wasn’t delivered and that it would be delivered on Sunday. It still wasn’t delivered then. Monday and Tuesday have come and gone. Flowers still have not been delivered. Called customer service multiple times in which just loops you to a voicemail. Never got a call back. There’s an automated recording while your on wait to text for faster service. I tried that avenue but I received multiple messages back that they are busy and try again later or try calling customer service. I highly recommend not utilizing this company. Try FTD flowers or 1-800 flowers. This company and their service is HORRIBLE. ^^Update: Order number 9736329. Order was finally delivered 5 days late. They offered me a $15 credit. I should have been offered a refund.

The photo example of the funeral spray did not do justice to the actual floral arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home. They were outstanding. The spray was full and vibrant and perfectly expressed our sincere condolences on the passing of our family member. Thank you to the local florist that produced the arrangement.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!. My sister was impressed with the Lady that delivered them. That person remembered her from when I sent flowers in December. She was very personal & friendly. My sister said, " she really made me feel important." Sometimes we forget the delivery people. Their friendly manner makes a difference. From the person taking the order from me down the line to the delivery they were all SUPER. It is a pleasure to deal with such professionals. Thank you , "Just Flowers"!

We ordered flowers twice in February for two different locations. The flowers for both were beautiful. The 4 out of 5 is because of delivery issues. The first order was delivered a day late, even though we ordered the flowers 4 days in advance. The flowers were for a birthday and it was very important she get them on her birthday. The second order was left on an exposed doorstep and the family didn't find them until next day. The flowers suffered through a major rain storm and the family had to drain the vase and rearrange some of the flowers that were damaged. Both flower shops had the person's phone number, but delivery service didn't call to check with the person before leaving the flowers or to explain the flowers would be delivered the following day. So even though the arrangements were beautiful, I'm thinking seriously about finding a new company that can deliver when and where they say they will.

While the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, there weren’t quite as many varieties as shown in the stock photo. However, they did add the daisies I requested. The only real issue I had was that one of my daughter’s names was left off the card, while the other was named twice. But the arrangement was truly stunning!
