GREAT customer service!! Cheryl was SO kind and helpful!! She was able to help me order a large order of flowers for the Pendleton Round-up parade. She went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers!

Always on top of your wishes... love the way such care is taken. Fabulous selection of beautiful bouquets, flowers and arrangements. Cheryl is generous with her time even when slammed... Our hometown florist.

I live in NY while my family lives in Pendleton. In the past 17 years I have missed a lot of celebrations by my family in person but have always relied on Calico Country to deliver flowers, balloons and even stuffed animals to help my loved ones remember that even though I am miles away, I am still thinking of them. From my first experience, years ago, to my most recent one today (3.29.13) they have always gone above and beyond. Their flowers are absolutely beautiful and the arrangements and presentation are always perfect. Delivery is always timely. Cheryl is ALWAYS very polite and personable over the telephone. Today Ryan was especially patient. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I gave them an amount and asked them to come up with something. I received an email from the recipient telling me how the flowers are "absolutely stunning". Thank you, Calico Country, for always making me look good!

I have always used Calico Country for my floral needs, they have been there a very long time. I haven't lived in Pendleton in more than 20 years, but my parents still live there. When I have wanted to send flowers to my parents for any reason, I have always called Calico Country and they always came through with great arrangements. But, I will be having my wedding in Pendleton in late September 2016, so I called Calico Country to get a quote for my wedding flowers. They flat-out told me they don't do any weddings in September due to Round-Up. Hmm, I know exactly when Round-Up is, and I knew better than to schedule my wedding during that time. My wedding is AFTER Round-Up. Highly disappointed! I didn't know there was any other florist in town, but I found that there is. This other florist will be getting my business from now on, including for my wedding!
