I had someone from Just Basement call me yesterday and after a few minutes of talk the individual said he had a meeting to go to and that he had forgotten about it. He indicated that he would call me right after and in the interim I should browse their website for inspiration and ideas. I waited quite a while for the return call but got nothing. This morning I called the company and only got a voice mail recorder. I left a message and am still to hear back from anyone. This I feel is very insulting and does not make a good impression of the company. It also reflects poorly on the people that work there and represent the company to the public. Since posting my review I have had the chance to speak to Just Basements in length and am very pleased that they took the time to call back and discuss in length my plans. I may not end up working with them but the least we have better communication established and I wish them all the very best in their endeavors.

We had Just Basements do a full renovation of our basement and we’re thrilled with their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. We were so pleased we had them do our ensuite renovation a few years later.

Have dealt with just basements quite a few times since 2018. Their work is stellar. In my opinion they are among the most respected builders in the city. Their quality is second to none and professionalism amazing. In 2 years of dealing with them there has never been even a single issue that I can recall.
