Story

Bradford Construction Ltd. has over 19 years experience in construction and construction management, during which time we have established ourselves as a leading provider of healthcare renovations and new building services.

Our experience on over 130 hospital projects includes, but is not limited to: office fit-ups and patient room renovations; laboratory and clean room upgrades; washroom upgrades; M&E systems work; fire alarm and fire suppression upgrades; abatement and demolition projects; and complex multi-million dollar projects that integrate these components with MRI’s, CT scanners, Operating Rooms, etc.

To date, we have had the privilege of partnering with healthcare institutions including, Queensway Carleton Hospital, Elizabeth Bruyere Hospital, Saint-Vincent Hospital, Somerset West Community Health Centre, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Eastern Ontario Research Laboratory Association, and all campuses of The Ottawa Hospital, one of Canada’s largest university teaching hospitals.

In addition to our healthcare partners, Bradford has built solid relationships with SNC Lavalin Profac, Carleton University, Saint Paul University, The Canada Science & Technology Museum, and the Parliamentary Precinct. Our portfolio of work has grown to include heritage building restorations, residential design-build, office renovations and many other exciting projects.
