It was my first time and it was great! My friend brought me for supper while  I had the ribs and fries, they were delish, she ordered the steak blue rare. She was unlucky and got a steak that had a lot of grissel when she mentioned it to the waitress she replaced the meal without question.  The kitchen found another steak that was a lot better. It was a great experience and I will not hesitate to go back in the future when I'm back in the area.

Food was good, portions were generous, and prices were excellent.  But the service was worse than slow.  Not enough staff on.  Took more than 40 minutes after the order was put in.

Great food at very reasonable cost. Staff very friendly. Fun atmosphere.

Great service and staff was excellent steaks were  cooked perfect and found the prices were very reasonable

The food is great as well as the customer service, most of the time. The worst thing about Jungle Jim's is the wait time. It's always extremely busy the and you could wait am hour or more to be seated and then another hour to get your order
