My experience with this clinic is usually great, that’s why I still chose to come here even if it takes me an hour travel because I’m always satisfied with their service. That changed today. I only came for my cleaning appointment but was attended by a different hygienist and with a new dentist that I’ve never met here before. After my cleaning with the hygienist, this new dentist came for his visual “examination” and he is suggesting for a new treatment plan for my teeth as he allegedly confirmed by just looking that I need filling and he was sure that I have cavity. And prior to this visit, was 3 months ago, I was currently in a different treatment plan with different hygienist and dentist. I was asking questions on why I need to do this other procedure without even checking my previous record. Now this new dentist is just so arrogant with his response to me with “I’m just sure because of my years of experience.” Yeah sure, that years of experience is a reflection of your work ethics today. Just arrogant and unprofessional communicating to your patient. As an employee representing your clinic, you gave me a different perspective today. I feel forced to do a procedure without having the right to ask questions. My hygienist today even explained it better than him, thank you Anna! I will never come back to this clinic again and will cancel my future appointment.

Kind, friendly, open environment. Staff were all very patient and polite and nothing felt forced. Hygienist that did my cleaning was very nice and explained what she was doing at every step, she also went the extra mile to Vaseline my lips so they don't dry out while she was working on my teeth! Overall my experience was a breeze at this location and I would recommend to my family and friends!

They're by the far the cleanest dental office and they are thoughtful on the small things - They have a tv for you to watch while getting checked up in the chair so you aren't just counting ceiling tiles, they tap your shoulder to distract from pain when getting the freezing needle, they show you where your cavity is to inform you, etc. I was looking for a new local dentist too and found them by good reviews online, and was honestly so surprised at how pleasant the experience was. Highly recommend them.

The environment is welcoming and the staff are friendly and kind. If you have any kind of fear of dentists or dental procedures or equipment, they do an excellent job at reassuring and keeping you calm. I needed a dentist awhile back and looked them up. I'll never go anywhere else.

The staff and care provided were perfect. Always greeted with a smile and with a positive and respectful attitude. Every interaction has been very positive.

Have only had great experiences at this office. They are friendly, quick, and mindful/transparent about costs and coverage. Been going for about a year so far

Hadn't gone to the dentist in a long time like a REALLY long time and I was quite anxious. All my anxiety and nerves went away as soon as I walked through the door. Very cool and calm space. Everyone is so friendly and they are great listeners. They are very considerate. Never thought I could feel so at ease while having my teeth cleaned.

10/10 experience. Everyone here is so nice, today is my first visit with them and I totally love it. I love the warm, welcome greeting from the receptionist, she is so nice and patiently explain for all my question on the new patient form since my English is not really good, the office super clean, elegant and sanitize. The assistant Joanne ? is super cute, help me to calm my dental anxiety, she was wipe everything with sanitize wipe every time she touch it, from the door, equipment, seating area, she make me feel completely safe to go here during this sensitive time with COVID-19 situation, she is really professional and gentle when she know my gum is so sensitive. Last word I wanna to send thanks to DR.MARWAH, she is the most honest dentist that I every visit since I come to Canada, I had been to at least 4 dental place during 5 years living here and they all try to up sale me with brace and stuff, but she told me what I need to do and what she think I don't need it. She also make me feel complete different than another dentist with her experienced, knowledge and explanation.

As a family, we HIGHLY recommend Junctiomwest Dental. The service is beyond excellent. The receptionists, Kenna and Kelly, always welcome you with a happy smile and assist with any questions we may have. Dentists such as Dr. Rojia Rezania always take their time to explain the best options for any of our dental needs. For example, Dr. Rojia thoroughly explained to me about bridge work that I needed to be done. She also gave me payment options. My bridge work was completed today, and I am thrilled with the final result. My regret is not taking a photo of how my teeth looked before in comparison to my new amazing smile! She is meticulous and takes her time to ensure that all work gets done to perfection.

Let me start by saying I had not been to the dentist in 11 years because of fear. I started to develop a brown spot I became very self conscious about so it was time to face the fear head on. Not once did a single member of the staff shame me or speak negatively about the horrible state of my teeth. I just finished my 4th appointment and can not say enough positive things about Dr. Rezania!!!! This amazing dentist has managed to completely change my smile and dental confidence. I am shocked … just absolutely shocked at the work this wonderful human has accomplished. I have now finished the repair portion of my treatment and have decided to continue with some cosmetic treatments to make my smile even better! A million thank you to Dr.Rezania, the many assistants, and initial hygienist who really worked some great magic. I wish I remembered your name so I could give you a shout out because you made me want to return. I am so grateful for what you have done for me!
