Bathurst Dundas Dental Centre | Dr. Howard Lim

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim's for over 20 years now, from the young age of 4 years old. He has always given me the best treatment; I could never ask for better dental care or ambience. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lim has always done an exceptional job explaining procedures to me, along with post-op care. I have recommended him to many people over the years and have yet to hear one negative comment about either him or his staff. The prices are also comparable to other dentist. I have 2 friends that work at dental offices and prices are about the same, even a bit lower. To anyone looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr Lim!!

The most important thing to me in a dentist is honesty, and that is why I have been with Dr. Lim for so many years! I started as his patient as a teenager and now I take my husband all my children to him. He is always kind, gentle and honest to our whole family. We drive for an hour and a half to see him, but it is worth it. I trust his judgment, experience and skill. He is conservative and never does anything that is unnecessary. His staff members are all kind and experienced as they have all been there longer than I have..over 20 years. They always make time for our family emergencies and relieve our pain and stress! I send all my friends and family to him and Dr. Lim and his staff always try to help. Thanks Dr. Lim and crew!

Dr Lim was my doctor for years and I have been very happy with the way he operates. When I first switched to his office I was surprised to see how he operates. Very easy going, very understanding and a straight forward guy. Never really got the business feel from him, just a "Family" type dentist. He's got quite a variety of services he and his personnel do for people, because I've got my wife and my parents going to him too.

Howard lim, although did a good job on getting my wisdom teeth out, was extremely rude during the process. During the procedure (getting my wisdom teeth yanked out) I felt some pain and when I expressed this he literally told me to shut up. After it was done, he left me crying and in pain, bleeding out of my mouth in the waiting room with little assistance. As soon as he got my money he was done with my like a commodity. He treats his patients well before they pay, but once he gets you as a client he treats you like a number. There are thousands of GOOD dentists, so you know what, if you want clients, you should treat them well or you will lose them. PLUS, the office lost my dental x-rays. Getting x-rays close together in time is not good for you, especially of your head, so this was not simply an inconvenience but an unnecessary further risk to my health.

My wife and I visited Dr. Lim recently and are very happy with the services we received. Dr. Lim's office is bright, modern, and the staff is friendly and made us feel welcomed while waiting for our turn. The dental technician greeted us promptly as per our appointment time and led us to our individual operating stations. There are multiple operating stations / rooms and the place is humming with patients and dental staff. We are very impressed with the modern equipments and the cleanliness of the operating area. Most importantly we are very please with the professional and efficient services that we received througout the visit. Dr. Lim is very approachable and humorous at times which helps you relax. We will definitely go back again.
