Juice Bar

Started our evening at a little earlier in the night, which allowed us a great spot as things picked up. The bistro style of service afforded us a seamlessly uninterrupted night out, and I think it works so well in the space! The food was exceptional, we especially enjoyed the squash paella - cooked to perfection!! The selection of glass pours throughout the evening had great variety, and Monique was so great walking us through food and beverage! The atmosphere though was really the best part about our experience at Juice bar!!

Great wines, fantastic staff. Been going here for quite some time and I've always had a great experience. I tend to go here solo and I've never been made to feel unwelcome, which is a big deal. The staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help you find something new to try. Summer patio is fantastic!

Favorite wine bar in the city! They have a great variety of organic wines that we probably wouldn't find otherwise, it's nice to be able to ask for recommendations and get suggestions based on what the group wants to try. Must say when the patio is open the line to get a bottle can be very long so patience is definitely required!

So the food&drink were great. It's truly a lovely little spot. The service, not so much- I was literally told I wouldn't be getting a receipt because we split the bill and therefore I was not entitled to one. I paid 70 dollars for something I'm still unsure of. The cashier wouldn't tell me what I was paying for. Three of my friends and I went to the Juice bar for the very first time- I've always wanted to go in every time we pass. Everytime we tried to order, we were told to get behind the line - there was no line. It was pretty rude from start to finish and the staff seemed fed up with us from the beginning. It's a shame because it seems like a charming place.

Juice Bar is an amazing little spot in Gastown and it's one of the best for natural wine and small bites. Their selection of natural wines is pretty diverse and they always have something new. The ambiance is also extremely pleasant, not too pretentious and comfortable. Love seating outside on a summer evening. I am only giving it a lower rating because one of the staff members who manages the bar area on a regular basis is extremely rude, unprofessional and has zero to non customer service. When she is managing the cashier/ bar, the experience is not the same level. This is truly a shame because it's a very special place, but the customer experience is completely different when she is there.

Wanted to check this spot out but the waitress was absolutely rude and made snarky comments for no reason. So we all left before even getting seated.

Incredible selection of wine with super knowledgeable staff! I love that I can give them an idea of what I’m feeling like drinking and they find me the perfect bottle. Easy online ordering experience and great service when you pop in.

Interesting space with fairly basic decor. Amazing light installation with rather amateur renovation work on other areas. Interesting format with only bottled wine, no glasses or other beverages such as beer. Very unpleasant staff managing the wine service area. I don't think I've ever been frowned at more.

Awesome wine bar featuring low intervention, natural, organic, etc. wine from BC and around the world. Great food, rotating weekly, and amazing selection by the bottle as well as a fun European style patio on the street. Excellent addition to the Vancouver bar scene.
