Extremely rude receptionist. She hung up on me while I was still on the phone with her. I can imagine the kind of service they will be providing. Thanks JTB.

I went there in person. Rude receptionist! Not even help at all.  The lady with long hair with her eyes open as big as she can when she talked to me!

Very helpful and answered all my questions about the Japan rail pass. Very quick turnaround time if you pick up at their office.

Beware: the office has recently moved from its convenient downtown location to the hinterlands of Melville. Great staff but Finch & Yonge is a bizarre place to put a travel agency.
