Positive: - Excellent install for my water heater. Inside and out. Very clean work. - Friendly staff that took care of really doing a good job cleaning the site after themselves in the end. - Install manager came during the day to check on his crew’s work. - Excellent financing with « FinanceIt ». - Impeccable job rewiring my thermostat. - Their rendez-vous / texting system is outstanding. Negative: - Was promised a cover for my AC unit during the sales process. Bad surprise when they said no on installation day. - Ugly install of the external condnder unit. Wiring not protected against the elements. No « fortress ducting » or any sort of covering other than silicon. During the sale, I was told « no extras guaranteed ». When I asked for something to cover the wiring, they said: « We only do this for condos or special orders. This is not included ». Very disappointing. - A small tubing was discovered to be broken for my humidifier. Install manager promised to have his crew come back and rectify that. After a week wait, I called. Asked for a call back…and never got one. - Trust issue: I was never notified that half the crew that came were in their first week or first install at JPS. I would have liked to be informed because it made any statement from them about the above concerns very untrustworthy. Same goes for the AC startup process. I was told it went well, but seeing how trust is lacking now, I might need to get my brand new AC serviced by someone else this summer. Conclusion: Overall, an OK experience. You get what you pay for. Had more trust in « Legacy Heating » for my other property.
Excellent service! I had an air conditioning unit installed. There was great communication from the first sales call to final purchase and installation. Installers showed up bright and early, as promised and were super clean and efficient. The unit itself is extremely quiet! I am very happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning.Service: Installation
I cannot say enough good things about Sully at JPS! He came in assessed the problem, went and got the part and fixed a dead furnace in less than 2 hours. Not just a nice guy, but incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. This is my second time having Sully do some work for me, and I will not hesitate in calling him again at JPS or recommending them. When I spoke with the office today, it was honestly a treat. So sympathetic, friendly and awesome! Don't hesitate in calling JPS!
