Had some issues with my walk in freezer on a  Friday, tried calling 5 other companies, only CTR answered, promised they will be there later after noon, the teck guy showed up around 3:00. right away found the issue fixed it , he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, price was reasonable, told him he got my vote. thank you !!
