My experience here last year was far from great. First of all, the store often opens later than it's supposed to and they never answer the phone. I think the number to contact them is also incorrect. The lady who helped us was nice, but beware as they lie and make you feel like you are in the wrong. Make sure you have the right size dresses because you must leave a deposit for the dresses they order. We ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses and 1 mother of the bride dress. The dresses were nice, but not a good quality as we were forced to steam them the night before the wedding because they were full of static and had pleated. A zipper of one the dresses broke the morning of the wedding as it was not sewn properly on the dress. One of the bridesmaids was unable to attend because of personal medical reasons, and they absolutely did not want to give me back the money for 1 of the dresses even though it was 6 months before and still had bought on 4 dresses no pity at all. Moreover, my mother's dress was supposed to be a size 5, but they had clearly taken the same dress she had tried a size 3 and they sewed a small number 5 on the back of the dress. It was ridiculous. It was exactly the same no change. They kept on telling her she took weight and should wear a body suit. It was so insulting. They refused to admit what they had done, but they accepted to reimburse my mother after much arguments. In the end, they still contributed to my wedding day, the dresses were beautiful, as you can see on the picture attached, but it wasn't an easy overall experience.
I cannot begin to explain how horrible my experience was at this place. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First off, I tried on a dress and they didn't have the colour I needed for my bridesmaid dress, so I ordered my dress in black. And I also ordered it 1 size bigger. They told me how it would take 4 weeks to receive, at that point I didn't mind because I would have the dress 1 month and a bit - before the wedding, I left.a deposit and they gave me their number to contact them if anything . As the weeks went by, I kept calling their number, no one would ever pick up and I've called multiple times a day. Finally, one day someone picked up and told us how my dress still wasn't ready the day I was supposed to go pick it up they said how they didn't have the size I needed in stock so they had to custom make it themselves?? I really needed my dress ASAP so I can start the alterations. The woman on the phone got mad and raised her voice and said it'll only be ready in another week and a half, and hung up on my face. I was in disbelief. FINALLY this friday I went to go pick up my dress and when I went to try it on, it was extremely tight, they couldn't even zip up the dress on my chest area. The small size fit my perfect and I ordered it 1 size bigger just incase - and the size bigger was even smaller on me. The woman looked at me and dared to say how Its because I "gained wait" when I know I didn't!! I was so mad I couldn't even believe someone can actually say that. So unprofessional, and swell as her attitude. I asked to reimburse my money and one of the workers said how they don't do reimbursements. I was so fed up, mad and overwhelmed - After arguing and crying and complaining to see the main boss - 1 hour later I finally got my money back, but now I am left with no bridesmaid dress with the wedding coming up in 2 weeks. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Everyone is so rude and even when you try talking, they always think they know everything and you cannot even put a word in!
When the owner is not talking loudly on her phone, she is nice and helpful. However once you've found and paid for a dress her service is dreadfull! My sister and I both bought a dress here. The owner asked us to call her to see if our order was received. Well she never answers her phone, her voicemail is full, and it takes forever for her to answer texts! Once she finally answered me, I asked when the seamstress would be in and her cost. She told me a day. We went by that day, the store opened 1:30 late, and the Seamstress wasn't in. The button and zipper of one of our dresses were faling off. We were told to come back! We took an appointment again, she was late again! Not once did she apologize! Horrible service! We will never come back!
I would give 0 stars if I could. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I bought my wedding dress from there and they had to do a few alterations. They weren’t all done and the ones that were were done poorly. When I went to try on the dress the girl gave it to me and left, didn’t check in on me or ask if I was satisfied. Finally I got tired of waiting and went back the change a noticed a STAIN ON MY WEDDING DRESS. they’re impossible to communicate with and offer horrible services. Pay a little extra and buy a dress from a different store.
went there for bridesmaids dresses. as they only had one size to try on they went by eye for me and made me try on a dress "from the same company" and said this would fit.. no measurements were taken nothing. when we received the dresses after making a deposit when we got them my dress was way to small and one of the other girls were way to big. one of us was told to gain weight and the other was told to loose weight cause they couldn't exchange them. horrible customer service. They knew that if the dress didn't have sizes for all the bridesmaids they would loose a sale of 6 dresses.. Horrible people.
I had the worst experience ever at this store. Horrible staff.I was told that we weren’t aloud to take pictures. When I went to change into my regular clothes, I picked up my phone and the lady in charge opened the door while I was practically naked because she believed that I was trying to take a picrure. She tried ripping the dress off of me and when I told her I wasn’t trying to take a picture she said that they had cameras in the changing room and that they could see. Cameras in a changing room are a complete violation of privacy!!! I think that She had the cameras set up on her phone.Anyways, after that she wouldn’t let me change with the door closed so she watched me change. Like I said, worst experience ever, dresses look cheap but are expensive. I would rather die than buy my dress here.
The worst service I have ever seen. They take money for deposits and then tell you that you never gave them a dime. The most horrible experience of my life. They over charge for alterations and the work isn't even done. This Aicha girl is the most disrespectful and mean person to ever have to deal with. Look around before making a stop here!!
The worst shop I have ever been to. The owner is mean and she doesn't feel like doing her job. She kicked me out of her shop saying it was not open yet.
