Worst customer service EVER! They are simply rude from staff to management. Never give deposits there if you are not ready to buy or rent. It is better to pay in full!

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Found my dream wedding dress there thanks to this sweet salesperson. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her the credit she deserves. Highly recommend she be sought out when purchasing your dress from there. Will inquire for her name and update my review soon :
