Jonesy's Classic Cleaners

I dropped off a pair of shoes that needed new elastic put around the back strap and a purse that needed the strap reattached. I told the gentleman at the counter that I bought these both at goodwill and did not want to put a lot of money into them. He promised they would call me first. I just received a phone call everything is done and looks great. It cost $47. I definitely would not have gone through with it had I known the cost. This is the second time I've tried them and the second time I've been told I'd receive a call before they proceed and I didn't. So I don't think I will be using their services again.

Everyone here has been attentive, friendly and timely. I not only have no complaints, I have lots of praise. I feel this is a difficult business and doing well in it takes extraordinary customer service. And they are extraordinary. The shoe repair was exactly what I wanted (dance soles needed to be put on my sneakers) and priced well. The repairs and alterations have been expertly done and timely. I recommend Jonesy's highly.

Took my coat there to get cleaned and the buttons reinforced. When I got it back there was a hole in the lace on it and the first time I wore it 2 buttons fell off

My first experience wasn't good at all. My husband and I agreed we will not go back! Three years later I decide to give them another shot. My daughter needed her dress altered. They measure my daughter and I ask about the price. The seamstress said "anywhere from $70.00 to $100.00". Which was fine. A week later my daughter wants to try on the dress again to make sure the train isn't to short. While trying on the dress she tells the lady the top is too tight and she can't breath. They advised us she will fix that and the dress will be ready before prom. 2 weeks later from the drop off day the dress is ready. The owner calls me, I ask about the price and she says $145.00. I ask about the fees and the owner says because of the changes and the little details of the dress they had to charge me extra. We shouldn't be charged because the dress was taken in to much. It's not fair to us. My daughter is paying for this out of her pockets. We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I will never refer anyone to this place. Update: My daughter goes to pick up the dress, trys it on and again the top was taken in to much. To be continued..
