This park is quite well hidden as it was formed at the intersection of 4 bays. Locals are the most likely users as there is no signage to indicate the park exists. It would seem to be aimed at those locals who literally just live nearby. Very limited parking also makes this an outsider unfriendly public place. Contrary to the posting here the park never closes.
