PAVED SIDEWALK SUITABLE FOR WALKING, BICYCLING, ROLLERBLADING CONNECTS NORTH END AT 7TH AVENUE TO JUST NORTHEAST OF VICTORIA AVENUE AT THE SOUTH END / WALKWAY DOES GET CLEANED - BLADED BY CITY AT TIMES DURING THE WINTER / HAS SMALL SPLASHPAD AND PLAY STRUCTURE, SWINGS AT NORTH END JUST OFF 7TH AVENUE / LARGE OPEN GRASSED AREAS / OLDER TREES / BASKETBALL PAD AND BASKET LOCATED IN CENTRAL WEST SIDE OF PARKRIDGE PARK.
