Joliet Family Dental

Joliet Family Dental is a horrible place of business. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Also if your pregnant and need teeth cleaning I recommend that you don't call this office just find a new dental who will take your insurance because I am so Unsatisfied with this place. People who live in Joliet don't go to this place.

Dr.choban did a terrible job with my root canal let sodium chlorite down my throat and it now burns and didnt even put a dental dam.

never go there, not professional stuff, failed to to root canal even with one root, they just ruined the tooth, now without tooth because of poor treatment we needed to pull the tooth out as other dentist suggested after examining Xray.

Dr Lee is the best! I went to other dentists that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for unnecessary work. My teeth were beyond repair. I understand trying to save them but I'm not going to have 10 root canals and crowns on teeth that are falling apart. She agreed with me. In a few weeks I will have pretty teeth and spent hardly anything. Dr Lee and staff are so nice and professional. Dr Lee explains what she is doing every step of the way. Always makes sure I'm not in pain. Always asks if Im ok. I have never had suck a kind dentist. They got me in right away. I had weekly sessions. My insurance has covered all of it. I plain on taking my child here. Love them! Would recommend this dental practice to anyone that wants a dentist that is up front and friendly too.

I was in the office in June needed work done. They needed a referral to do some of the thing I needed done called 5 times since then the first time I called back they said they spelled my name wrong they would send it again called a month later they said I should get a letter in the mail to this day no letter they don't call back if they didn't want to treat me they could have just told me I was on Medicaid I reported them also because they never once tried to put the referral through. I now have regular insurance through my work but Will never go back there. If your looking for a good dentist wouldn't going to this office. There plenty of other places with much better care
