Dental Smiles provides cosmetic and general dentistry as well as In-office whitening, invisalign and implants, making our office a one stop place for all your dental needs. Our office is running a new patient special which consists of an exam and full set of x-rays for only $39.00! Me and my family have been going here for a couple of years now and i loved it so much. Dr. was amazing and as well as his assistant! Went back to get my cleaning and my original doctor was not there anymore as well as the assistant. When i went for my appointment i walked in and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me when i walked in, no hello how are you or how may i help you. I immediately told her that i was in for my appointment and all she said was okay. That’s all. it really made me mad with the way she spoke and as well as her attitude! The New doctor is friendly as well as her assistant, but i just feel like she rushed through the cleaning for me that day. Before I went in to the office for my cleaning i had called at least 2 weeks in advance to reschedule my appointment and as well as my mothers. Into the process of rescheduling the associate had explained to me that she could not reschedule both appointments because THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT HAVE NOTHING TO DO ANYMORE AT THE TIME THAT I WAS SCHEDULED TO GO IN!? I was furious and told her what did that have to do with me rescheduling i called in advance to reschedule and she apologized and once again told me she could not reschedule in a tone of voice that i did not like. So i told her to just reschedule my mother's appointment and i will go in. As i mentioned i have never had any problems with this place, but having to tell a patient that over the phone is seriously bad service. After my original doctor left when i first became a patient there my mother insisted to change dentists as that being said me and my family will be going to a new dental office.

I have had a fear of the dentist my entire life and Dr S. Muthuramaswami is by far the best dentist I ever been to. I even recommend him to friends and family. They are informative and very caring, my anxiety was eased by them and felt no pain during my procedures... A big plus! I take my daughter to this Dental Smiles now with out any fear or anxiety for either of us.. And she too likes the Dr and the staff. The staff is professional and work with you at every stage of the visit, and there care shows. It really feels like a family atmosphere there and will use them for any dental needs.

Dr. Samaan had excellent bedside manor. He explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. His office and instruments were clean and the administrative staff was kind. I also brought my 5 year old and 2 year old for check ups. He was great. They love going to the dentist now!

I was waiting for 40 minutes in the Room. Because they said they would get something for my teeth then I was waiting for 40 min.

Never never never go here. Such terrible work done....now I'm stuck with a new crown worth the metal showing through. They don't care about quality work. At all!
