Keanu Valdez is competent and he was so kind and reassuring to my daughter and I. So was Andon Blackwood. We were very upset about hot water bursting through our sheetrock in the utility room---they were both cool, calm and collected, reassuring us that it was an easy fix. It was. Great guys!
