The food was very good, but the staff including the manager had a lousy attitude. The cook did not know how to read the order on the screen correctly and he delivered the wrong order and complained to the cashier and she very politely apologized knowing that it was not her mistake, then the manager comes out talking to the waitress with an attitude because she did not hear what I called her and talked to her quite ugly no matter if there were customers present. For treatment like this I do not recommend this place each employee deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their position
Food was bad fries were cold chicken tasted like rubber. Apparently they said it's an express so no refills on fries like the other Johnny rockets. Tables were dirty. Condiments on tables were all empty if there was any. Hot dog was disgusting my kid wouldn't even eat it. Definitely will not be going back. Spent almost $50 on lunch for 2 kids and 2 adults. Got food wasn't worth $10
The people there were very friendly and they offered excellent service. It was a fantastic time, and only a short drive from popular attractions such as Great Wolf Lodge and Camelback Resorts. We were welcomed by the cook as soon as we stepped through the door. Overall great service.
The food was okay-ish but burgers were dripping with grease and small for the price… could’ve gotten better at Wendy’s for half the price. Let’s just say two burgers and small orders of cheese fries should never cost me upwards of 50 dollars . The cashier was rude and I can’t say that I will ever be coming back.
My family loves Johnny rockets. We haven't been in years and thought we were in the area and would make is a mommy and son date lunch. Not the Johnny rockets we love. $30 for burger fries and a kids meal. Disgusting food. The cheese on my burger looked like melted plastic. Over priced the staff was rude and the place was dirty.Food: 1/5
We had 6 people to order food. First the girl waiting on us which I think was the manager was so rude. Half of the items on there menu when we ordered they were out of we were told. The food was just ok like mcdonalds food and way over priced. I would not recommend this location. Other locations around the country are better.Food: 2/5
The restaurant only had burgers,fries, chicken tenders and Swiss cheese. Not sure what was happening or why they didn't have a full selection that day but, the service was excellent. 1 stars because we came for the options on the menu and couldn't get the first, second or third thing we wanted. We settled because we were hungry. They get another star because what they actually had available was good and the service good. They informed us of the limited menu as soon as we walked in. It was our choice to stay but we drove there specially for the menu they normally would have had.
Horrible, the seating area floor sticks to your shoes, it looks like the floor was not mopped for over an year. The tables are not cleaned, the front staff is lazy to even give out the order that is ready, they charge 2$ for an extra cup. The fries are good though.
Save your money. $35 for two burgers one order of fries and a shake.Food: 3/5
Food was not good for the price. We spent almost $70 for 3 burgers two shakes and a drink. The burger were half put together. The only thing that was good were the shakes. This place is VERY overpriced.
