After reading some of these reviews, I almost didn't visit Billy's Pocono Diner, but let me tell you, my experience was excellent. The food was great, the server,"Donna", was very friendly and professional, and the price was exactly what I was expecting especially since our government is making it so hard for all small businesses to survive. Small businesses like this Diner have to adjust their prices based on the inflation of everything else that is raising, especially food. We need to continue to support our community, if not, all will be lost. My wife and I stayed at Mount Airy Casino and Resorts for a week and the food there was extremely expensive and nothing as tasty then the Diner.
Waitress handled all of our needs and checked on us regularly. Food was great, and good portions. The chipped beef was excellent. Nice place will go back again when in area. Highly recommend.

Be ware of the fine print and unwarranted/not forewarned upcharges. Ordered cheese, was charged 1.25 for cheese--not cheese on my western omelette sandwich. Disappointed, when I brought it home.
This place was pretty and the food tasted amazing !!! The service was nice and the portions were good. The diner has an old feeling but that feels like a place you would want to be in. The prices were also good for the amount of food my family got and the drinks. Overall this place is a good diner to go to if your near by!!!
Large selection of meals to please all in your party. We usually go for breakfast which is served at anytime. You are seated quickly and after placing your order the food comes out within a few minutes. All the servers are attentive. We enjoy the breakfast meals. Always a good meal. I was shocked at the price for a side of home fries, wow! I would recommend Billy's, we have never had a bad experience. However, pay cash. If you use debit or credit there is an additional fee.
The perfect diner experience! They easily accommodated our surprise group of 20 loud weirdos in a back room. Our waitress Christine was on top of everything, fast, and funny! The food while slightly more expensive than a typical diner was excellent! My bacon, pancakes, and eggs were all on point and all the orders came quickly with no mistakes. Can't wait to be back
My family and I came here after a long day at Camelbeach Waterpark and shopping at the outlets. It was late and we were the only 4 there but service was okay. Our waiter sounded a bit moody and its understandable it's 10pm and you want to go home but thankfully another lady approached us and introduced herself and she so happened to be from Astoria, Queens. We spoke and laughed and left in about an hour. She was really friendly and nice. So sorry I forgot your name, I'll remember you as Queens. Lol
We cam for breakfast. Food was good and plentiful. Home waffle good pancakes and french toast. We all enjoyed our breakfast not one complaint from my kids. Plus the Staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable. It is also close to camelback resort.
I would’ve given this place more than 3 stars BUT…. U can ride right by the place and not even they are open and I witnessed the owners condescending conversation with the only waitress there who by the way was very sweet and patient with us. He seems like bully and I believe he may have fired her while we were there. She’s a better person then me cause I would’ve told him right where to go and walked leaving him to wait tables. I felt bad for her.
