This park contains a wonderful hiking trail at just a little over two miles long with viewing of many Wisconsin ecosystems. It seems we did the trail from finish to start but that's okay. We viewed beaver dams and two trees which beavers had obviously taken down. There are areas of oak forest, tamaracks and wetlands. A pleasurable way to spend a fall day. There were a couple of picnic tables, a public restroom and ample parking.

No motors allowed in lake so water clean and clear. Fish are big. Path around lake well kept great for a stroll or even a jog. Dogs permitted on leash.

this is a great place to walk or have a picnic on a nice day. There is restrooms and a picnic shelter and adequate parking. Kept up nicely.

While not large, the trail here around the lake is very nice. The trail is well maintained, easy to follow, and has nice views both of the wooded areas and the lake.
