Cannot say enough good things about John E Smith Realty! Initially I felt like "Wow, there are so many hoops to jump through to buy a home!" The whole process seemed daunting. While I did not know much about real estate, everyone at John E Smith realty was super nice and insightful through my home purchasing experience. I now feel like I have a much better understanding of the Sudbury Real Estate landscape, and am an informed buyer/seller. There were also a lot of preconceptions I had about buying/selling real estate, and they instantly put to bed all my concerns. I also thought it was really awesome how they were concerned about what my future plans were. Not only did they help me make the right decision with purchasing a home, they helped me plan for the future. It has been 6 years since I bought my first home, 1 year since I sold that home and bought a better one. If it was not for everyone at John E Smith Realty I might not be in this position. Thanks for everything guys !!

A bunch of liars and crooks, sold me a home with basement issues. Lied to our faces and said everything was okay. Called them out on it and wanted nothing to do with it afterwards; deny deny deny. The definition of bait and switch save your time money and effort and go with a competent honest realtor instead.
