Sellers and Buyers beware. Shouldn’t even give her a star. I am a first-time home buyer without an agent. I saw a home on realtor.ca and contacted the realtor (carmen) for a showing. She quickly called me but started on a rant about how millenials are not loyal and how she would not let me into the home without signing a loyalty agreement. I feel terrible for the sellers of this home as she refused to show me the house claiming “she has too many clients to show a home to someone who won’t sign a loyalty agreement”. She would not let me get a word in. As far as I’m concerned if I bought the home without a buying agent she would get double the commission. I can not sign a loyalty agreement witb someone I have never met and who treats me like an imbecile during our first conversation. If you are the owner of the house on Jacob St in Lively. I am interested in seeing your home.
