If I have to describe John only with one word; it would be that he is a “clown”.  He has no clue as what he is doing.  He promises something that he has no intention to keep.  Dealing with him was literally a “nightmare”.  He has no customer service.  I found him having no moral values or integrity, and he does a half way job.  Don’t be naïve like me to fall for his phony smiling face and give him the payment before 100% completion of the work.   Otherwise, good luck to see him ever again.
