Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Julianna Isabella. The earrings did not fit the hole on my ear that I wanted to put them on. I went in to see her and she was supposed to get back to me with a quote for a custom order. This is when it all went downhill and she ghosted me and completely stopped answering my messages for weeks. After 2+ weeks of no answer, with no apologies I am told I either need to wait longer or to cancel my order. I asked for an order cancellation confirmation and to this day I have yet to hear back from Julianna. After ghosting me I gave up and decided to wear the earrings on another hole. The next morning a diamond had fallen off this is from 1 wear, I have a silk pillow case for context. I informed Julianna of this, but she could not care to answer it’s been weeks again. This is not to mention that from the start the clasp on the earring was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre. Ignoring clients is never acceptable, on top of that the quality is simply NOT there. What a disappointment. Does not care once the sale is made, and that’s just bad business. Biggest waste of $500, which is a lot of money and I honestly feel ripped off.
My engagement ring is a custom Julianna Isabella design and I smile every time I see it - it is absolutely stunning!!! I knew as my fiancé got down on one knee and I saw the Julianna Isabella box that I would not be disappointed! I would totally recommend visiting Julianna, she's such a sweet person and is truly an artist who designs pieces that you'll cherish forever!
I reached out to Julianna for a very sentimental ring restoration project. She listened to what I wanted and gave her input on how to make my vision come to life. Today, I picked up my ring and it is more then I could have imagined. She truly listens to her clients and has exceptional quality of work. I've worked with Julianna on a few projects over the years, particularly designing and re-designing sentimental pieces. When my youngest daughter was born, she helped me re-create a scattered diamond band from an old butterfly pendant and we also made a necklace with their initials and a pave diamond star. I wear this band and the chain daily. Most recently, I inherited some chunky gold earrings from my grandmother after she passed. Very 70s and oversized. They did not suit me, so I brought them to Julianna and she modified the set into two of the most beautiful heirloom pieces - a pendant paired with a thick chain and a bold squared signet ring - that will eventually be passed down to my daughters, beautifully engraving them both with a special saying. She also re-designed an antique jade & diamond ring into the most stunning floral 'matriarch' ring, incorporating the mismatched stones and extra diamonds from several other pieces belonging to my mother & both my late grandmothers, combining it all into the most perfectly imperfect ethereal high end design. I've found my jeweller and I look forward to many future projects together.
I only have good things to say about Julianna! After having acquired at least seven of her pieces so far, I can easily testify to her impeccable taste and execution. It’s also a bonus that she s such a pleasure to work with, always. Highly recommend her and her jewels. I will cherish mine forever
Absolutely LOVE Julianna Isabella Jewelry!!! And not to mention, Julianna herself is a sweetheart. My engagement ring is custom made by her and is my absolute favourite. Myself and my husband also got our wedding bands made by her! She is quick to respond, answers all your questions and does impeccable work! Definitely check her out if your in the market for jewelry. Julianna created the MOST stunning engagement ring for me! She did such an incredible job and worked closely with my partner and my mother to create an incredibly meaningful piece for me.
