Awful their watchmaker lied about what he fixed on my watch. The stem and crown were broken on my watch got stem fixed apparently crown was ok 3 weeks after getting it back crown stopped screwing in. Watch maker and jeweller said he never touched the crown well that was a lie. Just picked it up as the watchmaker said he cannot find the part. Beware of repairs that they need to send away for
